Placing Business Advertising In
The Shopper
If your business is located within our distribution area, a sales
representative is available to call on you in person at your
establishment. If you do not want to meet a representative in person, you
may send us your copy for ads to be inserted. You may send your copy
via the U.S. Postal Service or in an e-mail, which will work fine in most
cases. Any artwork or pictures wanted placed in the ad should be
included in the mailing. In the case of an e-mail, use your attachment
options or you are welcome to drop off your copy to us in person. Payment
in full is required at the time of ad placement. Credit may be
established by completing our credit application.
Our business ad rate is currently $7.75 per column inch. Front page rate
is $9.55 per column inch and exact page placement is $8.35 per column
inch. We offer a discount on repeat insertion without changes, if the ad
space is 12 column inches or larger. This rate is $7.00 per column inch.
We also offer a 10 week contract for customers who want to run a 40 to 69
column inch ad 10 times during a 15 consecutive week period, ad copy may
change with each insertion, a contract must be signed. This rate is $7.05
per column inch.
Deadline for business advertising is noon on Tuesday.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- COPY SET AND CANCELLED BEFORE INSERTION DATE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $3.00 PER COLUMN INCH.
- CREDIT FOR OUR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR WILL BE COMPUTED FOR THE SPACE ACTUALLY OCCUPIED BY THE ERROR. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE THAN ONE INCORRECT INSERTION.
